Climbing or going beyond. Transcendence/immanence: the meaning that ... is completely outside of and beyond the world or ... is manifested in and fully present in the world and the things in the world.
In everyday language, "transcendence" means "going beyond", and "self-transcendence" means going beyond a prior form or state of oneself.
In this painting a form is generated with movement of life. There is an affinity between the human hand and the fish. There is also a presence of the transcendent.
